How to assign a task to a team member

This article allows you to assign a contact's task to another member.

Here are the steps on how to assign a task:

Step 1

Navigate to the task section.

Step 2

Click the 3 dots and then edit to reassign the task.

Step 3

Choosing "edit task" will open the task panel you can reassign from here

Step 4

Click the "assigned to" item and select the team member you want to assign this task.

Step 5

Click the "Save" button when you are done.
