How to log activity in the chrome extension

This article describes how you can create a note/task for a contact in the SuperReach chrome extension.

Gain the ability to log activity without leaving the chrome extension.

Step 1

Navigate to a contacts profile page in the extension.

Step 2

Click on the "log activity" action icon, this will open the "Leave a note" form.

Step 3

Create a note by filling out the form.

Step 4

Select the kind of note you would like to create.

  • Note Type - options include: Note, Email, Call, Meeting or Other

  • Note details - this is where you type in your notes/remarks about this contact

  • Follow-up date - select a date when you want to follow up on this note. This will add be added to your task list.

  • Time - indicate the follow-up time

  • Save - saves the note and other updates

Step 5

Click the "save" button.

The activity will be added to SuperReach.
