Here are the steps on how to find a contact within SuperReach:
Step 1
Click on the "search" icon, this will bring up the search view.
Step 2
Type the name of the contact into the "search box" and the relevant results will show below as you type.
Step 3
Click on the name of the contact in the search results to view the full profile page.
Step 4
The contact "profile page" will open where you can update the contact profile as required.
