Managing tasks in the chrome extension.

This collection explains how you can view, manage and complete your tasks.

The task section on the chrome extension enables you to effectively manage your tasks without having to leave the page.

Opening the task manager

Step 1

Navigate to task manager by clicking the "task" icon.


Step 2

Your Due and Overdue tasks will appear in a list format.


Filtering tasks

You can select the tasks you want to work on using the buttons or selecting individual tasks.

Step 1

Quickly select multiple tasks using any of the buttons.

The options available are:

  • Select All - this will select all tasks

  • LinkedIn - this will select all LinkedIn type tasks

  • Call Back - this will select all Call back type tasks

Step 2

Manually select tasks using the checkboxes only.


Start Tasks

Step 1

Once tasks have been selected, click on the "start tasks" button.

Step 2

For General tasks and call backs

Starting the tasks splits the screen into two windows.

  • The left part of the screen will show the webpage.

  • The right part will show the tasks that need to be completed

  • Click the "mark as complete" button when you are done.

For LinkedIn Tasks

Clicked the LinkedIn tab to show all related tasks, then click the "start tasks" button.

  • Click on the "copy & open LinkedIn" button.

This will open the LinkedIn profile for you, copy the message into the clipboard and paste into the relevant message box on LinkedIn, make any final edits and send the message.

  • Click the "complete" button when you're done.

Other Info

Click on this tab to show other information relevant to the contact.

Other information that can be viewed are as follows:

  • Contact details

  • Sequence History

  • Notes

  • Tags


Complete Task

Click the "complete" button to mark the task as completed.

This will automatically redirect to the next tasks, if the task is part of a sequence the sequence will continue through the process.
