Here are the steps to follow:
Step 1
Navigate to the admin panel. Only users with admin permissions will have access to this feature.
Step 2
Type the name of the user you want to remove in the search box, the relevant results will show in the table.
The status column shows the current status of the user:
Green "Active" - user is active
Red "Deactive" - user in deactive
Step 3
Click the "Action icon" to reveal the options and select "Change Status". This will change the status of the user to active or deactivated based on their current status, you will see the confirmation notification and the status icon will change in the table.
Once a user is deactivated, they will no longer have access to SuperReach and no further scheduled emails will be sent from their account.
