Here are the steps on how to create follow-up tasks for a contact:
Step 1
Navigate to the task section.
Step 3
Click the "Create Task" icon on the upper right of the table.
Step 4
Choose type of task.
General - miscellaneous tasks
LinkedIn - can be accomplished using LinkedIn
Callback - manual call to contact
Email - create manual task to email a contact
Step 5
Fill up the form and describe what the task is all about.
Step 6
Search for the name of the contact you want to create a follow-up task with.
Step 7
Set the priority, due date and time.
Click "save" when you're done.
