Here are the steps to follow to remove an office:

Step 1

Navigate to the admin panel

Step 2

Click the "offices" link in the left menu panel

Step 3

Click the "action icon" to reveal the other options

Step 4

Click the "change status" option

Status icon definition:

  • Green check = active

  • Gray cross icon = de-active

De-active offices will no longer appear in lookups throughout SuperReach.

Step 5

Verify the new status of the team
