This article provides guidance on what sequence settings are all about.

SuperReach sequences have individual settings which you can modify when needed.

Navigate to your sequence settings page:

The settings section is divided into 5 parts:


Basic info

Contains the name and other sequence identifier fields.

This portion is composed of the following fields:

  • Sequence name - name of the sequence

  • Email type - allows you to choose whether you want your sequenced email messages sent to your contact's personal or work email

  • Sequence description - shows what your sequence is all about

Permission

This is where you set up who has access to the sequence.

  • Sequence access - options available are the following:


    o Private: only a specific individual can see this sequence

    o Team: only members of the team will have access

    o Organization: everyone in the organization can access

  • Sequence enrollment runs - defines the number of times contact can be enrolled in a sequence options are:

    • Single enrollment - enroll a contact only once

    • Multiple enrollment - you can enroll a contact in this sequence several times


A/B Testing

Let's you A/B test different email messages, it tracks the effectiveness and picks the winning template based on a default or your customized rule.

  • Global setting - sets all variables to a preset default

- Number of emails: number of emails to be sent through the test

- Winner percentage: open rate percentage you set for choosing a winner

- Variance percentage to keep: open rate difference between templates A/B for

the system to keep and use both email message templates.

  • Custom setting - enables you set your own values.


Tracking

Allows you to enable and disable open tracking and click tracking.

  • Click the "update" button to save your updates.

Integrations

Allows you to connect to specific integrations with SuperReach - at the moment this only includes Bullhorn CRM.
