Using the Chrome Extension effectively

The SuperReach chrome extension sits on top of websites like LinkedIn, GitHub and Stack Overflow and consolidates numerous tools that a recruiter would use to engage with their prospects.

Combining a tool for finding contact data with a way of sending prospects sequences of multi-channel messages, to completing tasks and ultimately syncing with your CRM, the extension is an incredibly powerful addition to any recruiter's toolbox.

This article shares some tips on the best ways to effectively engage with your prospects using the SuperReach extension so that you can maximise the results you get using our platform.

Adding prospects to SuperReach

Once you’ve identified the prospect you want to engage you simply press “Add to SuperReach” and their details will mirror onto the extension. If someone already exists in your CRM then they’ll automatically mirror and show you all the past interactions you’ve had with them.

From there you can click “find more” and select the contact details you’re looking for, choosing from mobile or office phone and work or personal email. The extension then browses 3.1 billion records across our data partners to surface the data for you, removing the need to use multiple data provider’s own tools.

Engaging prospects using sequences

Sequences are a series of messages and interactions over multiple channels that automatically follow-up for you, depending on the length and number of steps you’ve selected when creating them.

Choose the sequence you want to drop that person into and then you’ll be presented with every single step in that sequence, in order for you to personalise it should you wish.

We always recommend personalising messages (both the content and the subject lines) as personalised emails have higher open rates (29.3%) and click-through rates (41.8%) compared to non-personalised emails (according to Experian).

From here you can click enrol and the prospect will now receive a combination of emails and LinkedIn messages from you, with the system automatically sending follow-ups for you, until the prospect replies, at which time the sequence is marked as complete, leaving you to manage the conversation from there.

Mass enrolling prospects

The SuperReach extension sits on top of all versions of LinkedIn, mirroring the results you can see on the main page. This means that if your boolean search has returned 5 pages of 25 results, you’ll be able to see the same 25 prospects you’re viewing on LinkedIn mirrored onto the extension.

From here you can select all and enrol in a few clicks. Should you wish to add zero further personalisation then you could theoretically send hundreds and hundreds of sequences in a short space of time, although as mentioned above; hyper-personalisation is key to increasing engagement so taking the time to personalise each message further will improve the results you see.

Completing LinkedIn tasks on the extension

We’ve designed the Chrome extension to enable you to do as much as possible in one screen, without the need to flick back and forth between tabs to complete tasks etc.

Tasks are a key part of your sequences, letting you engage with prospects using LinkedIn, so we’ve given you the ability to manage and complete them from within the extension.

Simply click on the Tick icon in the top right of the extension and a pop-up will appear to the right of your screen with all your tasks on it. Once you start a task the main tab with LinkedIn open will automatically pull the task details through for you, saving you valuable time and removing the need for copying and pasting.
