What are Replacement Variables?

  • Also known as Merge Tags, Replacement Variables are specific written tags you can add to your email, which will be replaced automatically with the correct information.

  • You can access Replacement Variables using the Personalisation bar on the email or LinkedIn template. Please note to access on the subject line, please use the β€œ<>” icon.

An example of a replacement variable is:

Hi %recipient.fname%,

I know you work as a %recipient.jobtitle% at %recipient.employer%, how would you like to use SuperReach?

Many thanks,

%sender.fname%

This would then be amended to:

Hi Harry,

I know you work as Operations Manager at SuperReach, how would you like to use SuperReach?

Many thanks,

Josh Woodman

How to use Replacement Variables?

  • Simply use the personalisation button to find the best replacement variable whilst composing your Email or LinkedIn templates

  • If you are writing your sequence templates on a word document or outside of SuperReach, we would recommend copy and pasting the replacement variable directly into the document to make it easier.

  • For example, copy and pasting %recipient.fname% will automatically integrate the replacement variable into your email or LinkedIn template.

Why use Replacement Variables?

  • Replacement Variables save your team a lot of admin time whilst composing templates and sequences, not to mention when they are enrolling

  • Replacement Variables will automatically populate, ensuring you are personalising the email to a high standard whilst not spending any time finding the key details for a candidate or BD prospect.

What Replacement Variables do we offer?

We offerReplacementt Variables across Sender and Recipient fields. Please be aware when implementing replacement variables that the field MUST be filled for anything to be added to your variable, otherwise it will be a blank space.
