Note Mapping
Notes Overview
Notes are used to log activities on SuperReach. We can also send these notes to your CRM to ensure outreach activity never falls through the cracks. For example, an Enrolment Note would advise your CRM when a contact has been enrolled in an outreach sequence email on SuperReach.
Note Mapping is key to getting SuperReach and your CRM working together effectively. This will ensure your CRM remains a single source of truth for all outbound communications and outreach.
Note: If you use Vincere as a CRM, all notes will map across as ‘General Comments’.

Note Mapping
Once you've connected your CRM with SuperReach, we will automatically add the note action types from your CRM to integration settings for you to customise. Your CRM note types will appear in a dropdown, and SR notes will appear as single items. See the image below.
You can choose a corresponding note type on your CRM for each note type on SR. For example, on SR, we have a note called Meeting; this could map to the note type, Appointments, in your CRM.
If there are SR notes you do not wish to map, make sure the checkbox is empty (not active).
No Suitable Note Mappings
If you do not have any suitable note types on your CRM to map SR notes to, you have a couple of options:
1. Add the corresponding note type to your CRM and refresh the sync.
You will then be able to make a direct mapping.
2. Add a general note type called ‘SuperReach’ to your CRM, and map all SR notes to this.
Please note that if you wish to track and report against specific activities on SuperReach, you should not use a general SuperReach note type for mapping purposes.
Notes Not Mapped
You might find that you have notes on your CRM that do not exist on SuperReach, and there is no suitable SuperReach note to map them to. That’s no problem! When this happens, we will show those notes in a box on the right-hand side of the mapping page called ‘Notes not mapped’.
Please note you do not have to add these notes to SuperReach. However, if you want those note values to appear on SuperReach, follow these steps:
Select the notes you want to add using the checkboxes
Click Add Note Action.
These values will now be added to your Central Lookup for Notes on SuperReach. Please note this action will not add the value to your CRM.
