What is the Holiday Switch?
SuperReach offers a helpful feature called the "Custom Holiday Switch," which can be accessed under the "Outreach Settings" section in your profile, this is available to both admin and users. This feature empowers you to tailor your email campaigns during holiday periods, ensuring seamless communication with your audience. The easy-to-use calendar view allows you to select a single day or a date range for the holiday. When the holiday switch is activated, SuperReach automatically suspends all outgoing outreach during the specified holiday dates. Both automated and semi-automated tasks are affected, guaranteeing that no outreach is sent to recipients, allowing you to focus on enjoying the holidays without interruptions.
Accessing the Custom Holiday Switch
Log in to your SuperReach account.
Click on your name in the top right corner.
Go into your profile.
Navigate to outreach settings.
How to use the Holiday Switch.
Setting Up a Custom Holiday Switch
Find the "Custom Holidays " option within "Outreach Settings."
Click on "Add Holiday" to start setting dates.
Designating the Holiday Period
This will open a calendar.
Use the calendar view to select a single day or a date range for the holiday.
Activating the Custom Holiday Switch
Save your custom holiday switch settings to activate the feature.
SuperReach will now suspend all outgoing outreach and tasks during the specified holiday dates.
Resuming Outreach Communication
When the holiday period ends, your outreach will be activated again automatically and will start sending emails and setting tasks from the designated outreach time settings.
