Here's how to effectively use the Name Matching feature:
Enrolling Contacts via LinkedIn:
Go into Linkedin and run a search for people you would like to enrol.
Open up the SuperReach Chrome extension.
Selecting Contacts:
Select the individual/s you want to add to SuperReach and click add to SuperReach.
SuperReach scans the selected contacts for potential matches in your existing database based on FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, JOB TITLE, and COMPANY NAME.
Two Scenarios:
A. New Contact:
- If a selected contact is new to your SuperReach database, they are directly added.
-Their LinkedIn information becomes part of their SuperReach profile.
B. Existing Contact:
-If SuperReach identifies an existing contact with the same FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, JOB TITLE, and COMPANY NAME, a match is found.
-You are presented with two options:
Skip: The existing contact's information remains unchanged.
Manage Duplicates: You can choose to update the contact's information.
Updating Contact Information:
If you choose to manage duplicates, you'll be able to review and update the contact's information.
Make sure the contact's profile reflects their new LinkedIn information accurately.
Multiple LinkedIn URLs:
With the updated contact information, you can attach multiple LinkedIn URLs to their profile by clicking the LinkedIn symbol
