Ensuring a smooth experience for our users is our top priority. Occasionally, Bullhorn API degradation may happen and we will require you to request a new one and re-enter the information. To address this, we've taken steps to inform you about ongoing API performance problems and provide guidance on resolving them.


Banners for Immediate Awareness:

To keep BullHorn users informed about API performance issues, we've implemented prominent banner notifications across the different interfaces:

  1. Extension/Desktop - Profile Page:

    • Banner Notification: As soon as users access their profile page through the extension or desktop versions, a banner will display. This banner clearly communicates that BH APIs are currently experiencing degradation and that this could affect the connection of SR records to Bullhorn.

  1. Integrations Page:

    • Error Tag on CRM Tile: Users managing integrations will see an error tag on the relevant CRM tile. This visual cue indicates the presence of ongoing BH API degradation.

    • Banner Notification: Clicking on the CRM tile reveals a banner notification. This banner elaborates on the BH API degradation, ensuring users understand the situation's implications.

  1. Desktop Application:

    • Banner Notification: Users of our desktop application will receive a similar banner notification, reminding them of the ongoing BH API degradation.


Understanding the Issue:

It's important to clarify a few key points regarding these BullHorn API issues:

  • Continuous Monitoring: Our team constantly monitors BH API connectivity to promptly identify and address performance degradation.

  • Limited SR Control: Although we're committed to providing seamless service, BH API performance falls outside our direct control. We can't provide an exact resolution timeline as it's dependent on Bullhorn's actions.
