Log In: Start by logging into your SuperReach account. Ensure you have the necessary permissions to access your profile settings.

Access Profile Settings: Click on your name located in the top right corner of the SuperReach page. This will open a dropdown menu. From the dropdown menu, select "Profile" to access your profile settings.

Navigate to Outreach Settings: Within your profile settings, you will see several tabs. Click on the "Outreach Settings" tab.

Enable Auto-Search Data: Scroll down the page to find the "Auto Search Data" section. Here, you will find the toggle switch to enable this feature. Click the toggle switch to turn on the "Auto Search Data" feature.

Select Your Preferences: Once you've enabled the feature, you'll be able to select the specific information you want to automatically search for. This includes work email, personal email, and phone number. Simply select the contact detail you would like to auto search for and click save

*Be aware you can only select 1 contact type to search for.*

CRM Integration: If your domain is integrated with a CRM system, SuperReach will first look for the information in your CRM. If it finds the data there, it will populate the contact details for you and we will not look for the information. If not, it will search for alternative sources to retrieve the required information.
