SuperReach offers a range of sequence statuses to help you keep track of your outreach efforts. Each status provides valuable insights into the progress of your sequences and the responses from your prospects. In this guide, we'll delve into all the sequence statuses, what they mean, and how to interpret them effectively.

Draft

The "Draft" status indicates that enrolments have not been fully completed. These drafts can be managed from the "Drafts" section under the "Tasks" menu.

Hold

When a sequence is put on "Hold," it means that the sequence status has been paused by the user. This is useful if you need to temporarily halt your outreach efforts for any reason. Simply you would click on the status of the contact and select "hold"

Error

The "Error" status indicates that there is an issue within the sequence. Errors can include missing contact information, email template selection problems, or errors within the sequence content.

Bounced

The email address is incorrect or inactive and the email sent has bounced.

In Progress

"In Progress" signifies that the sequence is actively running, and prospects are currently receiving the sequence steps.

Replied

When a prospect replies to your outreach, you can change the status to "Replied." This indicates that they have engaged with your message.

Completed - Interested

"Interested" is a sub-status within "Replied." It shows that the prospect has not only replied but also expressed interest in your outreach.

Completed - Not Interested

Similarly, "Not Interested" is a sub-status within "Replied." It signifies that the prospect has replied but is not interested in your offer.

Completed

You can designate a contact as "completed" if they fall into one of the following statuses: Hold, Error, or Bounce. The "completed" status is intended for situations that don't fit neatly into "completed interested" or "completed not interested" when you need to finalise an enrolment.

Understanding these sequence statuses will help you navigate your outreach campaigns effectively on SuperReach. Whether you're fine-tuning your sequences or responding to prospect interactions, clearly understanding these statuses is essential for successful outreach. Use this guide as a reference to optimise your outreach efforts and achieve your goals with SuperReach.
