Finding Contacts to Enrol:
Open LinkedIn: Begin by opening LinkedIn and clicking on the SuperReach extension.
Selecting Contacts to Enrol: You can choose to enrol new contacts or those already added to SuperReach. Click the tick box next to each contact you want to enrol in a sequence.
Adding Contacts to Sequence: After selecting your desired contacts, click the "Add to Sequence" button.
Managing Duplicate Errors: If there are duplicate contacts in SuperReach, you'll be prompted with two options: "Manage Duplicates" or "Skip." Choosing "Skip" ignores the errors temporarily, and you can manage them later under "Tasks" in your SuperReach account settings. Opt for "Manage Duplicates" to follow through with the steps outlined in this article.
Enrolment Workflows:
You have two workflows to choose from:
A. "Enrol All" Contacts to Sequence Immediately: Select this option to enrol all contacts immediately by clicking the "Enrol all prospects immediately" button.
B. Walk-Through Enrolments personalisation: Alternatively, you can choose to walk through and make any last personalisations or edits to the content.
Using the Auto Search Data Feature:
When enrolling prospects into a sequence, SuperReach automatically searches for the contact details you've chosen. If your domain is integrated with a CRM system, SuperReach checks for the information within your CRM first. If found, contact details are populated for you. If not, SuperReach initiates an automatic data search using the waterfall.
Enrolment Scenarios
Scenario 1: No Sequence Steps with Choices: In the absence of sequence steps with choices, the contacts will be enrolled directly.
Scenario 2: Enrol all: You can also choose to skip the walkthrough and get all selected enrolled straight away, we will not stop these prospects from being enrolled. If there are any errors, you can then manage them from "tasks".
Scenario 3: Addressing Errors: When errors such as missing information required for the sequence occur (e.g., missing emails or email templates not selected), you'll be prompted to address these errors before enrolling. Make the necessary changes and proceed to enrol the contacts.
Scenario 4: Drafting Enrolments: If, for any reason, you stop the enrolment process and do not complete it, the data will be saved in your "Drafts" under "Tasks." You can manage the enrolment from there at your convenience.
*Be aware we will not stop you from enrolling prospects with errors on any steps other than the first. When the next step is set to be completed we will show the errors under "sequence errors" in "tasks"*
