What is the auto-add feature?

The Auto-Add to CRM feature automatically adds SuperReach prospects to your CRM based on specific triggers or events.

Sequence settings

Auto-Add to CRM is managed at the sequence level. You can choose to add prospects based on the following events:

  1. When a Prospect is Enrolled on a Sequence

  2. When a Prospect Replies to your Sequence

  3. When a Prospect is Marked as “Interested”

You can also manage the type of prospect added to your CRM. The prospect type offered will differ depending on the CRM you use.

Admin Settings

We also offer several admin settings to manage discrepancies and specific scenarios that may occur during the Auto-Add to CRM process.

Profile Type Doesn’t Match:

This will occur, for example, when trying to automatically add a Candidate profile and we find a matching Contact profile already on your CRM. You have two options in this scenario:

  • a. Regardless of type, we will connect the new contact profile to the existing CRM record. (Contact, Candidate, Lead)

  • b. We will create a new CRM contact record based on your settings (Contact, Candidate etc). Be aware that this may result in duplicates in the CRM.

Create New Company in CRM:

Toggling this setting on means that we will generate a new company in your CRM based on the company on the SuperReach record if no company match is found. Be aware that this may result in duplicate company records in the CRM.

Ignore Mandatory Fields:

Toggling this setting on means that we will overwrite any mandatory field rules to automatically add contact profiles to your CRM. Be aware that this will lead to profiles with missing data being added to your CRM.

Please note that we cannot ignore system mandatory fields. JobAdder and Vincere require an email address to add a contact, therefore if this field is missing, SuperReach won't be able to create that contact automatically.
